To ensure a smooth stay, please keep the following in mind: Resort Community The condo is located within a resort-style residential community. Guests must follow the community rules, including quiet hours and parking guidelines. Parking Free parking is available for guests in designated areas. Please avoid blocking driveways or parking in restricted spaces. Quiet Hours To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and guests, quiet hours are typically observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Self Check-In Guests will receive check-in instructions and access codes before arrival for an easy and convenient self check-in process.

Second Floor Location The condo is located on the second floor, and access requires using stairs. There is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable carrying luggage upstairs. No Parties or Events This home is designed for relaxing family stays and quiet getaways. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Family-friendly, car-oriented, with short local commutes to medical clinics and retail centers.
Guest Access
Location
Most guests will use a car — the area is car-dependent with good road access. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis and private shuttle services are widely available for airport transfers and park trips. Public transit exists but is limited: Kissimmee’s local bus routes (LYNX) and regional bus services connect to downtown Kissimmee and transfer points. The nearest Amtrak/commuter rail connections require a short drive/ride to Kissimmee station. Biking and walking are practical for nearby errands but not for long-distance travel to theme parks or the airport.
